Customers may upload sketches or any design-related files via our upload engine. Customers may upload up to 7 files each time and each file can have a maximum size of 3MB. Supported file types are ZIP, PDF, JPG, GIF, and PNG. Please use a descriptive name for each file; if the upload area contains a file with the same name, the file upload will be rejected. After files are uploaded, please send us an email acknowledgment of files uploaded.
